Benefits of using this service

Workshops promote active participation while capturing local knowledge and fostering a shared understanding of the climate change challenge, ambition or solution.

The facilitation helps advance city resilience activities, eliminating the hassle of preparation while achieving impactful outcomes.

Cost/effort for implementation

Although the REACHOUT project offers freely available resources to advance on climate resilience, it is recommended to have an experienced facilitator who can structure the problem, manage group dynamics, encourage participation, and balance structure with flexibility to foster creativity and consensus.

City Hub experiences

In the REACHOUT project, a series of three annual city-hub workshops were held in each city-hub, organized according to the hubs’ needs and their stage of climate planning. The workshops followed the Triple-A approach in a sequential manner, focusing initially on Analysis, then on Ambition, and finally on Action.
